En Route to THE Route (66)

Cracker Barrel allows vans to park overnight. This is not a sight or situation that’s new to us. Tomorrow, after a night at Indiana Dunes State Park, we finally approach Chicago where route 66 actually begins. While en route to the actual route we’ve been finishing up work tasks and setting up rules like “lunges while pumping gas”. So far, nothing in the van has broken and our frozen food is still frozen in our mini freezer.
